Vertical Stack System

We have recently installed this system in the West Coast of Ireland, and comfortably handles 2 tonnes per cycle.

The unit is part of an extremely compact mussel Depuration and Packing system.

This type of system can be expanded to multi-tonne systems based on the 3 bin 1 tonne stack.

This system was built for the depuration of mussels.  This photograph shows the filtration and chilling equipment along with delivery pumps.  

The filtration system allows for the water to be filtered to 5 microns, when the system is not in use.

The chilling equipment ensures that the water in the system is stabilised at the appropriate temperature during warmer weather.

The delivery pumps deliver the required amount of water needed for the depuration process
